Terms of Service — DOOR DADDY LLC

Welcome to www.door-daddy.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and any related services offered by DOOR DADDY LLC (“Door Daddy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices posted on the Site, form the entire agreement between you and Door Daddy regarding the Site.

3. Products, Orders & Availability

Product descriptions. We attempt to be as accurate as possible, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.
Order acceptance. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order or a confirmation of availability. Door Daddy reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.
Pricing & taxes. Prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees will be added to your order where required.

4. Payment

We accept payments through third-party payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe). You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or anyone using your payment method. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; payment processing is handled by the third-party provider’s secure systems.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Title

Shipping. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss. Title and risk of loss for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our return, refund, and cancellation policies are posted separately on the Site (see Returns & Refunds page). Please review that policy for eligibility, timelines, and instructions. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the posted policy.

7. Accounts; Passwords

To place orders, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DOOR DADDY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASED PRODUCTS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Door Daddy and its agents, officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Austin, Texas for any disputes, unless you and Door Daddy agree otherwise in writing.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections that by their nature survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will continue to apply.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to those practices.

17. Notices

We may provide notices by email, posting on the Site, or other reasonable means. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notices.

18. Miscellaneous
