Order Processing
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (business days = Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Cutoff time: Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Order verification: We may delay processing to verify billing information or for fraud prevention.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Carriers we use may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (or other regional carriers). Carrier availability and service options depend on destination and selected shipping speed.
- Shipping options commonly offered: Standard Ground, Expedited (2–3 business days), and Overnight (where available). Exact options appear at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Shipping charges: We offer flat-rate shipping per order for $9.99.
Domestic (United States) Delivery Estimates
- Standard: 3–7 business days after processing (depending on destination).
Tracking & Notifications
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. You can also view order status in your account.
- Delivery notifications: We may send email updates about shipping status, carrier tracking events, and delivery attempts.
Multiple Shipments & Backorders
- Split shipments: Items in one order may ship separately. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
- Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you with an estimated ship date. You may cancel backordered items before they ship.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Inspect on delivery: Please inspect packages upon receipt and report damage immediately.
- Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
- Lost or stolen packages: If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us — we will work with the carrier and may require a claim. In many cases, the carrier’s decision governs liability.
Incorrect Shipping Address & Address Changes
- Please provide a correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
- Address changes: If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped or address changes cannot be made through the carrier, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees or return/shipment costs.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO
- PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses: We can ship to PO boxes using USPS. Expedited and some carrier services may not deliver to PO boxes.
Signature & HighValue Orders
- Signature requirement: For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to reduce theft risk. If a signature is required, please ensure someone is available to sign.
Restricted Items & Shipping Limitations
- Restrictions: Some items may be restricted from international shipment or certain carriers (e.g., hazardous materials, large/heavy items). Restrictions will be noted on product pages and at checkout.
- Address limitations: We may not ship to PO boxes, P.O. Boxes, or certain remote locations for some shipping methods — see checkout for available methods.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are handled under our Warranty & Return Policy (link to /pages/returns or /pages/warranty-return). For returns due to buyer’s remorse, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

- Force majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
